Bio

Derrick has over 25 years of experience in mortgage and capital markets financing. Derrick has extensive knowledge about the Dallas – Fort Worth real estate market and has helped many prospective homebuyers and savvy investors accomplish their financing needs. Derrick helps his clients by developing customized financing strategies to accomplish their goals, while helping real estate investors increase their cashflow and investment returns through prudent and appropriate levels of leverage and risk management.

A graduate of Mississippi State University, with a major in Economics and a minor in Real Estate, Derrick is currently pursuing both a Master of Science in Real Estate, with an emphasis in investments and development, as well as a Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from The University of Texas – Arlington.

Derrick currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
