Timothy Shelton

Bio

Tim started in the industry in 2008 as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Through his work over the past decade, Tim has grown to love working with people from all different paths to achieve one of the pinnacles of the American dream: homeownership. He especially loves working with clients who are especially nervous about the mortgage process and showing them that the dream of homeownership is a lot more attainable than they think.

Outside of Legacy, Tim is a husband of over 20 years to Nicole and a father to Ashlyn (19) and Allysa (17). Tim is also active in his church, The Church- Baton Rouge.
